11-1 A proposal to establish a special fund to help members attend future ECM or other ACECC events was proposed by JSCE.
Conclusion: US$ 10,000 is assigned for subsidizing low-income members to attend future ECM or other ACECC events, on application basis upon approval by Chair of EC.
