1. Welcome by VFCEA
The opening remarks by Mr Tran Van Son Vice Minister of Construction at the earlier Planning Committee Meeting were noted.
2. Opening address by Chairman Mr Paul Mitchell (Engineers Australia)
Mr Mitchell thanked VFCEA for arranging an excellent meeting venue and in particular for hosting a very informative International Round Table meeting on “ Infrastructure in the context of finance crisis – experiences from ACECC member countries.”
Mr Mitchell welcomed all members and thanked them for their participation.

The list of attendees is contained in attachment ECMA and no apologies were tabled.
