Proposal of Membership Subcommittee

1.        Name

1.1     The name of this organization shall be the Membership Subcommittee of Asian Civil Engineering Coordinating Council (ACECC).

1.2     The organization is formed according to the ACECC By-Law, Section V, Item 4.

2.        Objectives

2.1     To help recruit potential members.

2.2     To help publicize the organization to affiliate societies.

3.        Organization

3.1        The chair of the membership subcommittee shall be the Secretary General of ACECC. He or she is responsible for the administration to achieve its objectives.

3.2        The members of the subcommittee consist of representatives from   member societies and shall be approved by the chair of the Planning Committee.

4.        Meeting

4.1        The membership subcommittee shall hold meetings on as-needed basis.

4.2        Communications thru e-mails are encouraged.

4.3        The meeting minutes should be reported to the Planning Committee.
